Tobin is a short run on the North Fork Feather. It is divided into two: the upper which ends at the Storey bridge and the lower from Storey bridge down. This run is typically done by running laps.
We paddled Tobin at 1,000 cfs. The drops were technical and Keith’s lines were sweet. This was a release weekend — thank you American Whitewater for making this river boatable!!
